With over 50 years’ experience, Agustín Vilar S.A. specialises in plastic extrusion coatings applied to paper and fabric to create flexible packaging and paper processing.

We have four extrusion presses, two milling machines, two rewinders and two cutting machines, all in a space of 7,500 m2 and working for various domestic and foreign sectors. We have a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001.

Extrusion presses which work with: Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Copolymers and Ionomers.
On bases such as: paper, cardboard, fabric, non-fabrics (non- woven) and/or aluminium measuring between 70cm and 250cm in thickness.
We also offer the possibility of cutting on reels and/or foam formats.

FACILITIES

Our facilities are completely computerised with the latest technology.
We have four coating production lines measuring 2,500 mm, 1,700 mm and 1,500 mm and 1,150 mm with an annual output of 960 million m2. The speeds reach 300 m a minute.

Our facilities are completely computerised with the latest technology. The Administrative, Quality Control and Sales departments coordinate the handling of products, from the logistics of primary materials through to shipping.

Sustainability

In line with Agustin Vilar S.A.’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, since 1998 we have operated a certified quality control system that complies with the international standard ISO 9001.

As a result of this commitment, we would like to share our quality principles policy with you.

Our quality control department conducts checks throughout each of our production phases, from receiving the raw material to making the products through to the finish; these are carried out following rigorous methods, ensuring quality and the fulfilments of all of our clients’ requirements and specifications.

Agustin Vilar S.A. is accredited by the certification of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), which certifies sustainable forestry and ensures that the wood we use has no connection with illegal forestry, the black market or protected forests.

Global environmental conservation has become an important element of our company’s day-to-day operation as we seek alternatives which will help protect it.

Our materials, correctly packed according to their characteristics and destinations, are stored in a 4,000 m2 warehouse with two loading bays that enable fast shipping to any country in the world.

Our products are competitive on the global arena thanks to our innovative technological focus, which is linked to the ever-changing demands made by the different sectors we are part of.
